Steps to order:
1. Choose an article from our shopping world and add it to your virtual shopping cart.

go on with shopping or go to the final check out).

2. Press the button when you have finished your shopping.

3. Now you have to open up your personal account: please fill in all the necessary information
(if you are already registered just log yourself in).

4. Please follow the upcoming advises until the buying process is finished (see pictures below).

Payment possibilities:
You have 4 possibilities to pay: credit card, PayPal (if you need information click here), cash in advance
or cash on delivery. Money transfer is limited to regular customers ordering at least for the third time and
to institutional customers. You receive a 5 $ discount for paying by cash in advance.

Paying for Download-versions is only possible via credit card or PayPal. Download-versions under 20 $
can only be paid via PayPal.

To guarantee you a fast and uncomplicated delivery, we choose a competently partner to work with closely. Ordered acrticles are posted 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday.

Shipping worldwide:
We offer normal shipping free of charge. Delivery can take up to 4 weeks. After payment you can immediately download your ordered product if it is a download version.

Express delivery:
We offer you delivery via UPS if you want to receive your order within 3 to 5 days. Fee: 50.00 USD.

European shipping:
If your commodity value is 275.00 USD or higher delivery is free. Below 275.00 USD the charge is 19.00 USD.

Rights of return:
You can return all purchased articles (except Download versions) within 14 days after receiving by sending us a written Revocation. As long as the commodity is unused and sealed we will return your payment. The only thing you are in charge of are the return delivery expenses.
